<p>5.65 mile social run early this morning with the usual suspects. Felt pretty darn good considering marathon on Sunday.</p>

<p>No running for me for last 6 weeks due to tendonitis..........will be having MRI to see if it's a tear since it's not healing!</p>

<p>I am doing P90X...........today is Kenpo and then a walk.  Gorgeous day for a fall walk.</p>

<p>4 mile lunchtime run, but the inside of both shins hurt, especially the left one.  Thinking maybe it's the shoes - not sure what else it could be.  There goes another hundred bucks, I guess.</p>

<p>Hopefully some sort of trainer workout when I get home.</p>

Warm/mid 60s - Mostly sunny and windy. Crawford/Puckett/Security/Kiva/Fontaine/Grinnell/Bradley to Wageman trail to Community Center trail to Lindstrom/Upton/home. Short easy effort. Stretching afterward.</p>

<p>Got out early for a drill day. Nothing special, removed the lateral stuff because I'm finding out that now the PF is gone and the achilles tendonitis is about gone that... there is something going on there on the lateral side. Oh well, we're unpeeling the issue</p>

<p>Easy ride during lunch (not even 15 miles). Being good, due to new position - and these are all just bonus miles at this point anyway.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>One cool thing was that I passed someone I recognized as my HS English teacher from 33 odd years ago - she was walking her dog, still spritely and recognizable. I stopped and chatted for 5 minutes or so, before getting back before I was too late.</p>

<p>1600 M swimming.  Went with a friend and it took a little too longer than normal as I had to explain drills. it was fun, but I had a migraine and this did NOT help. </p>
