My heart is too heavy today for any words, but I suppose routine is what often sees through sadness, so, well, here goes...

Bonnie: I can't stop thinking about you as I know we all feel the same way. Let the warmth, love and prayers we are sending you help you through this painful time.

Bonnie - Stay stong, be strong.

Me: wanted to hit the gym this morning and do an easy swim, but slept through the alarm. No worries, it just wasn't my day to start back up. I did just get back from a 4 mile run at lunch. I felt good, like I could have gone farther and faster if I wanted.

Have a good day everyone.

Ran 6.93 miles (hey, I cannot help it if my routes add up to odd miles), sending the strength I felt during the run to Bonnie.

6.5miles or so including 8x200 at R pace. Pic of Bonnie's son kept on appearing in my head. 30min upper/core workouts.

I am with Thor. Routine sometimes helps you to get going one hour, one day at a time. Wish Bonnie and her family found even a tiny bit of their daily routine to stay upright in this tough time.

thoughts and prayers with Bonnie and fam... deep thoughts today.. taking nothing for granted (hegged dw and d1&d2 a bit longer).

For me 2day, tried to get back to a routine. Masters swim with added focus of trying to bilateral breathe. Wow kicked my arse. 2 weeks off due to whopper of cold/sinus infection set me back.

Been thinking about Bonnie all day today...just can't imagine.

Skipped out on the planned morning run - kiddos have been waking at 5:15/5:30, so I opted out just in case....and of course they slept till 6:45. Little stinkers. :) So, did a 30-minute Jillian Michaels video and 30 minutes of weights tonight.
