don't even have any running to report.

but my lunch hour is in 30 minutes and it's pretty mild out there today, so might just have to see if I can even run 3 miles.

Johnny, sorry I missed you on Friday. DH and I left that morning around 9:30 and were gone all day so I never did get in a run in the morning like I thought I might do.

Hi Tamster! Greta to see you over here! Enjoy the mild temps while you can.

Hi KS!

No running for me today, but did a sluggish spin class early this morning. I need to find something to eat before that'll give me a bit more energy than my usual apple and granola bar in the car on the way in. This rubber-legs thing is getting old.

Will respond to Liam when I get home....limited time available here at work.

Stay warm everyone!

Hi all!

I have a brand spanking new computer in one of my offices, so on the days I work from this office, I don't seem to be having issues with KR like I do on my other one.

I did get out for a run at lunchtime. This is just perfect running weather in my opinion. A bit chilly at the start (or felt that way after being in my warm office all morning), but by mile 2 I was taking off the long sleeve and just running in a short sleeve. I was wearing lightweight pants, but it could even be shorts weather.

4.2 miles in 39:06. And surprisingly, the only time I had to stop was when I decided to take off one of my shirts, otherwise I felt pretty good - which shocks me since I barely seem to run anymore these days.

I don't know about that Tom. We've been ditched by a lot folks.

Maybe Tamster could get us some new computers so we could get on Kick quick. I can get on Kick master's forum, type my post, and get off using my iphone before I can get kick to start up on my computer. Stoooopid computers. :)

Greetings, Masterfuls.

I got in a sluggish 3 miles today. A couple weeks ago this would have been sprinkled with walk breaks. I was able to fight the urge today -- probably because I was in an industrial park and some people on break were watching, sipping their coffee and mowing on doughnuts. So no heckling (that I could hear, anyway...)

Good runs, all

I want to use KS' line "Quit reading this and go run!" as a signature line, but can't figure out how. I absolutely love that!

No running for me tonight - got persuaded to go to a wine tasting instead. Since I've got a mystery pain/swelling on my left shin/inner calf that's been steadily worsening, I thought when I got the invitation that maybe it would be best to take a rest day anyhow. Then wine was great, but my friend and I got horned in on by some guy who ruined what could have been a meaningful gabfest; so now I wish I'd just gone running instead.

I have to confess I missed a run yesterday that I had planned - Thanks to power cuts and temps in the 90's - But no excuses (although that was one I guess), so I better Stop Typing and Go Run!

Thanks, Tammy. Hi to the regulars and the guests.

I ran 6 M yesterday evening with my headlamp and 8 friends. We celebrated a birthday with a Pub Run. At the first bar, I had a double-wide IPA. At the second, a Bell's porter. At the third there were some pitchers .. I can't recall much after that. Only one person stumbled and fell the entire night, so it was a success. Designate drivers were provided; safety is our main concern. Today is a rest day, so I don't have to feel guilty about typing.
