Mike: I totally hear you! I was out for 9 weeks with Tendonitis, I have only been back for 3 weeks. It is so hard to not run when you want to but sometimes you just HAVE to let the rest do it's thing. Try your best to take care of it.........now is a great time to embrace the bike!

Been silent for a while dealing with a sore knee after NYC marathon. Trying to be good about it and letting it heal before I start my Boston base-building work, but it's so damn hard. Ran 4 days after NYC and that probably wasn't a good idea. Tried again a week after NYC and I still wasn't ready to go. Knee feels better, but still not 100%.

Anyways, did manage to get 1:47 on the computrainer today. Mostly base work, getting my legs (and my butt) re-acquainted with the bike. Felt great to be working out again!

Have a fantastic day, tri-peeps!
