Doc, same distance for me this morning as I continue to recover from yesterday's quality workout. After yesterday's storms blew through, the weather was much cooler. This morning it was 40°F. Enjoy your runs all.

Still haven't decided if I'll take this week off from running or not.<br><br>
Tonight was 30 minutes on the bike trainer. First time I've been on my bike since :gulp: August!<br><br>
Followed by lots of crunches. Fun. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Smile">

7 miles easy. My right knee has felt a little tight since Sunday when climbing stairs and it gave me a few twinges, not painful but tight feeling on the run. I hope that will work itself out. The blister from hell flared back up too. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/sad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Sad"> Other than those grievances, it was a good run. It is 68 degrees and a little muggier and I can't believe I am saying this, but I was happy to have warmer weather back. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/surprised.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Surprised"><br><br>
I will teach another yoga class tonight.
