so Tuesday is skateday....4 miles uphill to work....then go skate around the city with my club. standard loop around Atlanta of about 11 miles. i skate back and forth around the group and i sprint up the down escalator at the World Congress Center.

the skate was good but i fatigued early on. not as spry on the escator sprint. enough that even the other noticed. really tired today and with a unplanned race coming up i'll take it easy the next few days.

Hey Fox-Runr @ 4:30 - 5:00am the wind was light - Not sure when you ran - but as the day burns on it picks up

9.6 vs 9.7 sounds like a TM run

Knowing you - Most likely 1.5 - 2.0% incline

Not me - I train flatter (1%-1.5%) because I race flat

no, I was outside on the Wiouwash trail, but it was close to noon.

My incline is only 1.5% these days and with my new treadmill that figures to flat. My old treadmill 2% we figured was actually 3% and maybe caused my toe injury from too much toe-off going uphill. Of course speedwork now means going faster . Going outside is helping one foot, but the PF foot does NOT like being off the treadmill.
