no, I was outside on the Wiouwash trail, but it was close to noon.<br><br>
My incline is only 1.5% these days and with my new treadmill that figures to flat. My old treadmill 2% we figured was actually 3% and maybe caused my toe injury from too much toe-off going uphill. Of course speedwork now means going faster <img alt="sad2.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad2.gif">. Going outside is helping one foot, but the PF foot does NOT like being off the treadmill.
