Afternoon gang!
30 min on the trainer and 20 min full body weight routine. No dog walk this am as I had to help DH drop his new car off to get its stereo system updated...

Yo - that sounds like a GREAT adventure! Do you have full mobility back in your shoulder yet? IF not, surprised you are moving to strength stuff...I know from both my shoulder surgeries, the mobility had to come first before we started on any strength as we didn't want to impede the mobility...(just a thought)...but if the mobility is there - then yay!

Look at you people with all your travels! Very exciting - and sounds like a great time for your DD, Yo! Nice for someone else to be picking up the cost for sure. How long until your business exchange?

We finished off booking hotels for our England trip in the spring, so at least some travel to look forward to.

And jeez - 16 inches of fresh snow? Almost jealous, because we certainly didn't get that down in the southern half of the state. Company was actually going to have a Gunstock night skiing outing (which would have been my first time downhill in about 7 years) - but alas night skiing is shutting down before they have time to organize. Still might end up going with a few people from work.

On the bike this AM for a quick 22 miles on Zwift doing a "tour" event. Pretty hard effort. These "rides" often turn into all out race-like events.
