Good morning, TEAM LIT!

MoCo: Why would NYC not happen?

Don: Yes, I saw that the top guys and gals at Washington were from CO. But that should be no surprise. Top mountain runners are and nearly always have been from CO. You've got the goods so close to home. Makes sense. Here, there are goods, but you have to travel way up to the Whites, and very few people live up there. I actually hung out with many of those guys after the race (Rickey G, Max K, Brandi, etc.). Was putting down PBR's with Rickey, the guy who won the race, at the summit. What's cool is that many of those guys will be at TransRockies this year, so the party for me will continue.

Me...

5.65 mile run early this morning.

May tag on a double with a trail run after work or a local 5K. Leaning toward trail because I can do it according to my own schedule rather than waiting for race start, and I can get home at a decent hour.

Great day!
