At least you did it! And hey, 4boys is right... at this stage, think not about the what's and why's you are up. One foot in front of the other, and soon you will forget about it, and by then you will wake up to find yourself already on the bike (or in the water or road). Nice job!<br><br>

<p>So true. I'll take 89 degrees with low humidity over the last bunch of years. Doesn't seem right. But you know, I don't discriminate. I'll still sweat!

Flavored water might work for you. But, honestly, I don't get why you don't drink plain water. Your body needs it. Who cares what it tastes like. Maybe easy for me to say. I don't know. But with the kind of riding you do -- and even your all around training -- I'm surprised to see this.<br>
