Everyone still asleep? Steamy 4.75 for me this morning, track tonight unless I talk myself out of it. RA - I've been going back and forth about Waterfall Glen this weekend... may do it as a training run.

Early morning slog fest. Just nuthin' in the legs this morning. Oh well, some days are like that. 5.67m @ 9:01pace. A friend will be here in a few to take me for more testing. Scary stuff.

Fly-by. Hot here too. Occasional storms to cool things off and then it warms back up. We may see 100 this week.

Cut my run short. Got in 5.56 Garmin miles a lot slower than I thought I was running. However; I did reach a milestone. 500 miles on my Saucony Fastwitch 4s... I'm amazed they lasted this long.

zrun - Waterfall Glen may become a training run for me... I ran my worst ever 10 miler there in 2008 under similar conditions. I went out WAY too fast. I'm thinking of running there a few times to get some hills in as part of my NYC prep. I'll be in the same boat as you tomorrow.

BBS - nice job staying alive long enough to drink beer.

4boysmom - ditto on the run. Good luck with the tests

Hawk - nice job ellipticating.

Still need to get out there. Alarm went off at 5am, and I turned it off. It'll be the treadmill for me later.

Good afternoon everyone. I got in a nice 6 miles in 51:11 this morning. It was more or less a progression run as each mile was faster except the last mile. Tomorrow I am off to Wyoming to visit my parents and attend my grandmothers 100th birthday. Have a goo afternoon everyone.

6 miles with 3 tempo, if you can call it that. It felt like tempo effort, but it was pretty slow.
