<p>Well, my rest day yesterday ended up staying a rest day, despite me packing a bag for a run "just in case" the opportunity to do one came about. I think that's about the 5th time in a row that's happened. Oh well, the bag's still packed for today. I may even get out twice. For sure, I will do intervals either this evening or this afternoon. Today will be my hard day prior to racing another 5k on Friday night.</p>

<p>I didn't sleep so well last night so hopefully that will make me good & tired tonight and I'll sleep like a rock.</p>
