1 hour stepper, 30 min power hike 4mph 8% incline. Some misc core work.

ouch! i got a trigger point in my foot a few weeks ago and was KILLER to get out, i almost passed out on the table. I have gotten knots in my feet, but never trigger points! I was a bit sore after the session, but fine the next day.
