<p>Good morning, it looks like I am the first to post.  Just waiting for breakfast to settle before I venture outside for a nice run. </p>

<p>Asics--you know you are an athlete when you plan your meals around your workout schedule.  And since I"m the cook, the family eats around my schedule!</p>

<p>Fishbowl for me this morning.  Meh...  I've just been doign steady swims.  Today I added in two 500 sets of 50 hard/50 recovery.  Not sure what's going on because time certainly didn't reflect the harder effort.  Then again, I most likely miscounted on two of the other 500's (what is so hard about counting to 10?!) so it's probably more like 2600 or so.</p>
