Hello, all.

Another early start to the morning por moi. Think I may go get an early swim out of the way -- the Y has a "long course" from 5:00 to 6:30. Then 6-7 on the greenbelt later.

Have a great day, folks.

Chances - the early bird catches the worm (but is in bed by 7pm)

Terrible run this morning. Had 8 miles planned, wanted to do 10 but only managed 5. Couldn't decide if I was going to puke or pass out. Felt like the closing miles of a hot and humid marathon, except it was 20F and windy. It seems that this week, like the last, is a right-off due to whatever bug I've got. I need a day in bed but have to take DD to daycare, which is at my office... ahhhh.

Morning gents,

I finally have the soreness out of my legs from Sunday; it was worth it though as I felt it was a good meet. One more in two weeks. Meanwhile today after work, it will be an easy 7-8 with a few strides at the end.

Chances - I'll be the early bird tomorrow as my next wet work session is at 5:30. Enjoy the greenbelt run.

Kevin - enjoy the 5 later

RA - sounds like a day in bed would do you good. You would sleep well too, secure in the knowledge (ref your post yesterday) that I am posting from my phone. ;)

Chances- hope the swim and run go well

RA- Have I not made it clear that I do not proof read the crap I write on here? And that auto correct hates me? *ABDOMINAL* actually I think I have narrowed it down to either my transverse abdominus or internal oblique.

Kevin- good luck with the 5

Hawk- so hows the new job? got a nice gym??

I got out for an easy 4 this morning. Suprisingly my side didn't really bother me even though it felt a tad bit worse at work last night. Legs felt great.

I managed to get my 5 in yesterday on the TM. Auction Hunters helped. I think that show is mainly rigged BTW.

Fishbowl this morning. Just not feeling a hard swim today so opted to go long and lazy. 3000 swim/fins/paddles. Terrible night's sleep last night. Up twice with one of the dogs. He wanted to go out. Okay, okay, he's an old man and he can't hold it like he used to. But no.... he didn't need to go. He wanted to survey his kingdom.

Got THE BEST customer support from Garmin yesterday. The strap on my Forerunner broke back before Christmas. I've been taping it, which holds for a couple of weeks then fails. I finally got around to calling Garmin yesterday. They have a 12month warranty. I never registered it and didn't have a clue when I bought it. She looked up the serial number and told me it had shipped from the factory last December. Well... phooey. Just out of warranty. Not a problem! They're not strict about warranty. They are going to ship a new band. Standard shipping is free or did I want express for $18? Uh, standard is fine.

chances--enjoy the double.

Asics--sounds like you need a couple days off.

fuller and hawk--enjoy the runs later today. Wait... that didn't sound right...

Hi everyone. Up early for som abs, back and biceps. I've still can't do an unassisted pull-up after months (off and on, heh) of trying. I'll keep at it.
