<p>Y'all are kidding me, right??? The site was down or something and no one could post the Daily till now??? Granted I've been busy myself today, but ... no Pre-Dawn Patrol reports? No Lunchtime Gym rats???</p>

<p>Okay, if I gotta start, I'll do it</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I'm working from home today, as I kind of expected, so I planned my day accordingly and when I got a mid-afternoon break, I did what I could ...</p>

<p>A Saturday afternoon run on a Tuesday??? Sure, why not??? I love the 3 o'clock light, especially with some high clouds to diffuse it <em>just so</em> ... I'm not sure if any of the schoolbus kids recognized me, but I hope they said "He's a runner? Well, <em>that</em> makes sense"</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>15 minutes Pre-Run Punk Yoga</strong></p>
<p><strong>4 miles Run</strong></p>
<p><strong>1x100 Push-ups</strong></p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>20 Points for Team Three</strong></p>

I didn't feel like starting it today.  But, anyway, 3 miles for me.  12 points team 3.</p>
