I'm not really in that bad of a mood, even though all of the above whines are true.<br>
Forgot to add: slept like schlitz last night.<br><br>
Hope to slog a short one on the TM this morn.<br>
Then it is "run a butt load of errands" day. I've been waiting till after the holiday crazy traffic weekend to get out there.<br><br>

<p>Good morning. I slept like a rock from 10-4, then Zoe woke up around 4-ish, not sure why, crying, finally got her back to sleep, but i heard trucks, it was really weird. We live in a kinda rural area, so not sure where it was coming from. Heard the trucks and beep beep beep of backing up, etc. I am taking Zoe to do some holiday portaits at a portrait studio this morning.</p>

<p>Was trying to wake up with the java before I posted.  Without the java it would all be garbled.</p>

<p>As it is, I refilled the containers I use for my ground coffee with the wrong coffee.  I put decaf in the caf one and vice versa.  FML.  So when I go to make a pot tomorrow it will be anyone's guess how wired I get!</p>

<p>Had one student get manic yesterday as the day wore on.  What a joy.</p>
<p>The rest of the 'boys', 6th graders, just wanted all of my attention.  Others just whined if they didn't get things their way.  Once again...FML.</p>

<p>Oh yeah, had one of the boys call me over on the playground.  He and a few others were playing Foursquare.  Apparently the 'game' that they were playing was called "Storybook".  Whatever.  He said that every time the others started the game they started it with:  "X sucks cock".  I put the kibosh on that one as soon as they all went in for lunch.  The vice principal was there so I informed him about it and he had a talk with the rest of them.</p>

<p>It may be a FML type job/day, but I wouldn't have it any other way.  They need someone to advocate for them, help them, teach them, mentor them.  It is my lot in life, my niche.</p>

<p>Having the opposite weather here, naturally, and finding it tough to sleep with the humidity, which is killing me. Weather should break tomorrow and drop to a more acceptable level for the next week or so - thankfully - </p>

<p>Will try and churn out 5Km in the gym later, as its way too hot at anytime of the day (even hitting the 80's at 6.30 when I got up this morning). - </p>

It's cold. It's rainy and I'm ready for spring.<br><br>
I'm sore, but kinda stoked. Learned something new last night.<br><br>
Here was our workout.<br><br>
A) 10 minute clock<br>
10-8-6-4-2 Push press with increasing weight. Started at 65lbs and went up 5 lbs each round (I did 65 lbs for both the 10 rep and 8 rep set).<br><br>
B) 8 rounds for time<br>
5 highballs (12 ft wallball with a 10 lb ball)<br>
5 strict pullups (OUCH!)<br>
5 Plyo Pushups (This is what I learned new)<br>

They HURT like no-one's business, but they were kinda fun, too. I finished in 17:33 Freaking pullups make me slow as heck.<br><br><br>
Not much else going on today with me. I had a WEIRD dream last night. I'm kinda disturbed by it. I need to just put it out of my head.<br><br>
Oh, and in other news, I'm going to the UC / Uconn football game this weekend. It better warm up!!!! I don't wanna be cold all day again.
