<p>More snow here.  It's not much, but it's heavy and icy.  Should make for a fun drive to work.  Off I go...</p>

<p>sigh.... Tuesday... apparently today is going to be "I'm a whiney baby Tuesday"  I handed 2 of my workers something to do and both of them whined about it.  Whined like 3 year olds.  they are both 30+ years older than me and I've never had a problem with them getting punchy about stuff before.  Maybe it's the weather and the fact that everyone had to shovel last night. </p>

<p>So one of my other co-workers loves dreary snowy weather and I'm not really a fan but yesterday when I was driving home it was really nice and pretty so I decided that when I got home I'd text her and tell her she was right it was really pretty out..... then I got stuck in my drive way..... again.  Luckily my neighbor was home and plowing already so while he was doing that I loaded some ha bales in to the barn and fed the horses and when I was done he was done with my part of the driveway so all I had to do was get unstuck and get into the garage!  I made him some peanut butter bars to thank him for plowing. </p>

Hey Becca, we still need to catch up when I'm down at Tyson's Corner.  I've been staying at the The Ritz at Tyson's 2.  We should meet up some night to window shop and grab a bite to eat.  I will be down there next Tuesday through Thursday. </p>

<p>Snow day here.  I was hoping to get Avery to school today so I could get some house cleaning done but looks like she'll be pulling out more toys today   The ice is bad and I got about 7 traffic alert texts of accidents on the route I used to take to work (DH's route now).  SOOOOO glad I get to work from home when I'm not travelling!  DH is working from home today too so we're one big happy family (ok, not too big with the 3 of us but add the two dogs, two fish and two frogs and its big).  Plan on baking cookies later...  Unfortunately, like Bob said this isn't the type of snow I can send the kid out to play in.  The dogs are hating it too.</p>

<p>Dh took the boys out this morning. It was raining, so Jack's fleece got wet and when they came back in Dh took it off. He didn't put another fleece on him though, so Jack was running around nekkid. Until he found his camo fleece in the living room. It was draped over the back of a chair, so Jack couldn't pull it off, but he kept brushing it with his head and crying at it. So Dh brought the fleece out to me, and Jack danced around for a minute in front of me and then plopped his butt down and lifted a paw. <em>"Put it on me!!!"</em></p>

<p>Once I got it all the way on him he started wiggling & pouncing around and smiling at me.</p>

<p>Hi....took Emersen back to the Dr yesterday and she has a double ear infection. Ugh. She started on antibiotics so hopefully they'll kick in quickly. We have a babysitter tonight b/c DH was nominated for CFO of the Year and the awards dinner is tonight.</p>
<p>It was 82 here yesterday- crazy weather. I can't say that I miss the snow!</p>

<p>Jack stories always crack me up!   And speaking of goofy animals, Dillon has a new best friend/favorite toy ...it's the friggin' plastic measuring tape!  It's a simple one, probably about 5-6 ft. long but he LOVES it!  Drags it around with him, sleeps on it, plays games jumping on/off the bed with it.  Total dork.</p>

<p>Hi all - well, made the trip back from Columbus safely and am back at work (boo!) loaded up with an extra shot of espresso - more will probably be needed to keep me upright</p>

<p>I will say that hanging around 20-degree temps for a few days can make 40-degrees and foggy conditions seem absolutely balmy by comparison.</p>

<p>It is snowing here, way more than I had heard we were supposed to get (actually, I'd only heard we were getting rain, so I'm totally surprised.) It hasn't let up at all, and there's at least 2-3" out there now.  Big giant fluffy snow.  I'm surrounded by napping pets at the moment.  Making it very hard to get started on that cleaning!</p>
