Back in the mood for some healthier cooking after a weekend of eating junk. Last night's dinner was fish & chips with beer on the beach.

Tonight - Ravioli with chard, butternut squash, & hazelnuts.

What's for dinner at your house?

Me too!

We are grocery shopping after work, we literally have almost no food in our house (even our dogs ran out of food this morning! and we didn't even have eggs or rice or anything to throw in with their half breakfasts). Anyway, I have no idea what we'll decide on, but the sky is the limit!

Not sure. I went grocery shopping yesterday. I got a whole chicken. Usually I skin it before cooking. Not sure I want to be handling a raw chicken with this open wound on my hand. Might just cook up the beef roast. Yah, think I'll do the roast today.

well now that I'm off wheat for a while I guess my tuesday night dinner of pretzles and hot chocolate in class is out of the question.

There was pretty much nothing in the cafe at lunch today either that I could eat so I made a mondo salad and at first it sucked but now it isn't so bad. I'm thinking this may be the life for me for a while.
