Morning

Looks like winter is tryin to settle in here... cloudy and cold for the next 10 days.

I think I'm gonna get a little recovery run in on the TM this morning, probably just 3 miles just to loosen everything up.

BTW- IL came down and dominated the Memphis HM... I think 7 of the top 10 were from IL. Whats up w/ that??

BBS - you sneaky buck hunter, you. Posted the thread while I was typing one.

Enjoy the 3 miler...you should be ready as long as you take it super easy. About those IL people coming down. No doubt it's because it's because they're tired of getting their butts kicked by RA.

5 miles easy for me, heading out in about 30-40 minutes or so. Busy busy day after that.

Enjoy the 5 and busy day Hawk. And happy Santa Claus day to you too. Wait what...

My whining yesterday seemed to work for at least one day as it was only windy but no rain. Cleared an easy six- legs feeling nice.

BBS - enjoy the recovery... re Illinois finishers dominating your HM: We are trying to escape our state's crazy taxes.

Hawk - hope the 5'er went well

Mailbox - yeah, quit whining.

9 GA miles. 34F and windy this morning, which will feel balmy later in the week. I HATE dogs with stupid owners. Why do these people think it's OK to not have their dogs on a leash? Then if they do use a leash, why walk on one side of the path with the dog on the other? Encountered both this morning. Both women had those stupid fluffy rat on a rope dogs. I'm waiting for a coyote to take one out.

BBS - Have a nice and easy run.

Hawk - Hope that run went as planned.

MBH - Hey, teach me how to whine like that.

RA - Not clear. You want the coyote to take out the puff ball or the owner?

Hawk--hope you had a good 5.

Mailbox--ya wanna see if you can do something with this stupid rain here?

Asics--you would THINK people would understand that we NEED to workout and get the heck out of our way!!! Swim lessons in the next lane=not fun!

Fishbowl this morning. Getting back into long swims. Uh, yah... I guess it would help if I could learn to keep track of sets. Planned 2000 turned into 2500.

Good news is that David Boyer and I are going to meet up tomorrow! Can't wait. We missed each other at IMKY.

Good afternoon everyone. I got in a nice 4 miles and would have done more, but the top of my right foot was hurting and so I was done. Came home massaged out the calf with my stick and it was plenty sore. Nice job on all the running and swimming this morning. Enjoy the afternoon.

Hey everyone. Couldn't get to the Y this morning, because I had to wait on the ceiling repair dude. Just one mile today on the tm, because I'm lazy today.

Greetings, all.

Three sluggish miles after two days off. I don't know if it's age or what, but the first mile seems to always be crummy and then things finally get going, rhythm-wise.

Good runs, all
