The week off was great (not counting my 1 mile daily streaking), but it feels even better getting back to a regular workout routine!

Pushups, pull ups and core first thing this morning, followed by 45 min in Z2/Z3. Came out to 5.05 miles.

45 min trainer ride this afternoon with single leg drills.

Have a great day!

Good morning, TEAM LIT!

Holiday Challengers: Gotta say, it's pretty cool to see the "1 mile" words in the daily thread. Because that 1 mile may have otherwise been a day off. Way to get it done, especially to xflbk on his complete "off" week. Nice job! And nice job to all! Will hopefully get out this week's Challenge thread today.

5.65 mile run early this morning with Andyman. We cruised this routine course faster this morning than we have in many, many years. Body recovering nicely from Sunday. Gotta like that!

I'm definitely in recovery mode! I forgot workout clothes today! I was planning to lift some weights and maybe run a little on the TM at lunch, but can't really do that in work clothes. But I do have a swimsuit here...but no goggles...I may just go sit in the hot tub to get warm at lunch, my office is 57 degrees even with the space heater blowing on me I'm freezing!

Feel better folks! Wow, lots of sickos!

Me, MORE frakking sales training so not early AM workout, managed to barely get back in time to get DS1 to scouts and I ran during scouts. 40 min mostly drills. felt "eh" took a while to warm up and get moving. Not a huge fan of PM running after a long stressful day but got it done

At 8:30pm, dressed in my pajamas I put on my shoes and jumped on the treadmill to walk a mile. The streak is still intact.

Good for you Sparty!!!! Glad to hear you kept the streak alive!

Didn't get to it till last night - did 4 miles through the neighborhood which turned into (totally stealing Julie's term here) a Christmas light run. It was quite fun!

Love the Christmas Lights Run. I suppose I should let the "cat out of the bag" in the Week 3 Challenge thread. Was holding off on that idea until next week, when even more lights will be out. Either way, it really is a fun way to get into the spirit, regardless of religious affiliation.

Christmas Lights run with my wife, 2.5 miles or so through the neighborhood. That was nice. I was starting to get pretty bummed about missing my favorite runs of the year. Thankfully, no calf pain. Maybe I will be a runner again soon...

On the other hand, my bike workouts have been rockin. With legs feeling fresh each time I saddle up on the trainer, I have been knocking out some pretty burly sessions.
