Good morning, TEAM LIT!

x: Cooler weather? Not here. Still very humid as of this morning. :)

Me...

9+ mile run early this morning including social and tempo aspects in 1:16:

o WU - 45 min social

o 2 x 1+ mile (6:32, 6:59) w/3' jog

o 2 x ~.3 miles (2:12, 2:13) w/20 sec jog

o CD - 7 min

*Kept this to tempo pacing rather than speed, and although I did it on purpose it still felt hard. Legs and body just not wanting to run fast. That's what happens when you run a lot of trails and mountains for too long. All good.

45 minute run this am with the hubster. Saw our Yogi out walking her new babe and we got to stop and chat for a few and meet the little guy in person. It gave me a little more push to finish up the run to be surrounded by such an awesome person with such great energy.

Pool swim at lunch this afternoon. 2500 if I can count correctly.)

Well, it was still a little humid here, but only around 62 degrees when I left to swim at 4:30 this morning. Currently, it's 88 with 45% humidity, so much better than last week. Should be coming your way.

A 6am bootcamp followed by a 2000 yd swim later in the day. It is only going to by 81-degrees tomorrow. I won't know how to handle such cool temps

I went and helped out at a local 5k and then got on the bike trainer for a good hour of getting the HR up and legs felt pretty good given that I did a 1/2M on Sunday.
