Mornin'. Up early for my run. Didn't feel like dealing with traffic so opted for running in circles. Nice thing is to ensure students are "properly rested" school starts 30mins later than in years past. So no gym class to deal with in the early morning!!! Planned on 6mi, 24laps. Although, seems I need to go back to kindergarten as I am unable to count to 24. Ended up with 25 in 54:41, 8:48pace.

And.... I bit the bullet and registered for Columbus Marathon. Uh, what the heck did I just get myself into?! Goals are 1) run a good race, which I haven't done for several years and 2) sub 4:00, and 3:59 would count! I also registered for the Hancock Hundred. And I still have one very last tri. Yep, busy fall ahead!

No running for me this morning. I did get up and watch some Track and Field championships. I plan on doing some stretching and such after taking my son to school. Have a great morning everyone.

I got out for 9 miles this morning. ~60F but a little humid. Didn't feel great, didn't feel bad. My legs are telling me to get a massage.

Really nice 5 mile 'cruise' run this morning in 40:13. I think the cooler/dryer weather helped my pace. My tee shirt chronicles continue... sigh. Trying to raise money for charity is like work.

Hello all, quick flyby for now.

I took the new wheels out for a neighborhood spin last night...little bit of trail, little bit of pavement, and this being my neighborhood, lots of hills. What a difference from that old beater of a mountain bike. Thanks to the hills, not great speeds, only about 13 mph but a nice 40-45 minute ride.

Better yet, I'm planning on a run today. What a novel concept! Just 2-3 super easy trail miles after work. But it's a step in the right direction, or it will be once it's done. Hopefully this time the comeback will take, unlike 2 weeks ago when I found out the hard way my knee wasn't ready yet. It's feeling much stronger now than then, so I should be OK this time. Still easy does it, though.

Hey y'all. Didn't sleep well last night b/c of job related stress, so I did not get out of bed this morning for a p90x workout. I did manage 7 miles at the Y, though.

4boys, I've been running on the indoor track because I am sick of the treadmill. So I've been running for time and estimating my mileage.

Been awhile since I posted on here. However, I do see that the group is still hard at it and going strong :)

This morning's run went fairly well. I took 5 days off and coming back you just never know. The good thing is I still have my fitness.

6 miles - 8:10, 7:15, 6:50, 7:00, 6:55, 7:05

-Pleasantly surprised myself with the 6:50 only because of the lack of hard running, but I'll take it.
