It was an odd morning for me. I ran 3miles to the gym but the storms that zrun mentioned were rolling in so we rather than being struck by lightening we ran inside. So, 6 miles on the TM, 5 @ 6:39 mpm (9mph). Call it a very sweaty tempo run. I should have run longer as my buddy's wife insisted she drive me home as I had to wait around another 20 mins for that. Chatted to other buddies at the gym while I stretched. So, now I'm feeling less than satisfied as I didn't get the volume I wanted. I may run a few pointless miles more later on.

kfuller - nice job on the 5'er +

zrun - 800s on the indoor track suck. If and when I run on our local park center track I do either a tempo run or a fartlek.

Dan - good to see you making progress

BBS - man, are you doing speedwork every day? You'll be running a 15min 5k by the fall when the temps drop to 99F.

Dave - that sounds like a nice ride. 23mph on the bike is my downhill pace.

Jebba - go beat up that TM!

Loopy - good to see you back in the saddle. Hope you're not too sore.
