Good morning, TEAM LIT!

All: Thanks for the concern and good words over my knee. As an update, the knee, as I had hoped, is starting to response positively. It still is down for the count, but it turned a corner of sorts toward healing. I suppose there will be several more "corners" to turn, but this is good, and it's in line with how my body typically responds to the more serious issues, where it takes three to four days before kicking on the healing engine. And that's where I'm at now. I can walk better, climb stairs better, etc. Been doing steady treatment of RICE. Will give it a long day before calling a doctor. Good news is that with this recent uptick in stability, I am pretty darn sure I did not tear any of the CL's. I still may have damage something related, but more like I tore or damaged the meniscus. In any event, thanks for the good words.

I also kept the streak alive this morning. Details aren't important. And no, I would not do anything to further the injury.

Great day, Tri-peeps!
