Holding over again today.... No comment.

Got in a quick 3 on the TM yesterday, wanted to do some sort of speed work today, but may not happen. A rest day probably wouldn't be a total lose.

Track day! Mmmm on second thought... Got to the track and discovered I had my old garmin--not sure why I still have it as it doesn't really work. Drove back home to get the new one. Back on the track I attempted a warm up. Ug... not feeling it. So I asked the legs what they thought, could they hold race pace? NO WAY! Okay, so we'll just do an easy recovery 5. Really shouldn't have planned a track workout today as my legs are still recovering from the hard ride Sunday. Whatever. It was a progressive run (9:08, 18:00, 26:48). Oh, yah, cut it to 3. I'm good with it.

Morning BBS & 4bm,

Quick check-in from the office, have a meeting starting in a few that will go most of the day. So no midday run today, and it's raining cats & dogs out there anyway.

Easy 5 after work - rain should be gone by then but it will be chilly - then hopefully out for some dinner with DW to celebrate her birthday.

Good morning BBS, 4BM and Hawk.

I got out for an easy 5.5 miles at 8:36 pace. Whenever I run the route I did today it always turns into a progressive type run. Keep up the good running, biking etc...

Hey all -

It's a wet/rainy tuesday here in pa and not sure what is going to shake out by end of day. I planned on 4 later today but it may be wed morning so I can skip the wet run. I guess I'll see later. Do I sound wishy washy?

I got an hour and a quarter of running done today. The first half hour was on the treadmill b/c I just couldn't face going out in the cold rain. Then, after I got all sweaty hot I bucked up and ran outside for the remaining 45 minutes. It's always tough to start out in those conditions, but once it's done you're always glad.

I hope the rest of you wishy-washy peeps can get those afternoon/evening runs in. ;)

Hi everyone. I did a 4 mile jog while Easy did his gymnastics class. It's not my neighborhood, so I just jogged in circles close to the gym.

Hey peoples, I got in 5.5 miles on the 'mill at lunchtime. I was tempted to go outside but had only brought a short sleeve shirt and mid 40s was a bit too cool. Tomorrow I'm back to being a morning runner on the trails.
