Not sure I'll get anything done today. plan was to swim and do weights, but dr appts this am messed everything up so didn't get to the pool and have been stuck in meetings ever since I got home. Maybe a dog walk later to at least get something in. :D

Agreed! That's a lot to squeeze into a couple of days. And bad enough driving 1 hour in heavy rain ... can't imagine 9! Still - sounds like you managed to squeeze in a good time inbetween the tough travel - despite the rain.

Not much for me either today. Nordic Track for 35 minutes (at least 5 minutes longer than last time). Can't believe how tough it is do do some form of exercise you haven't done in quite a while.

Being able to manage any forms of exercises in your busy schedule is a win!!’

Driving in heavy rain was really bad. So hard to see. There was a car which did 360 in front of us (hydroplaned). If cell service was good throughout the drive we could have worked while driving/taking turns. But DH has so many meetings (with screen needed) that’s just not possible.

6.5miles run. Arm was sore from getting a flu shot.
