Heading to the Y for a little AM bike and swim... will get 6-7 mile run tonight plus core....<br><br>

Today is recovery day<br><br>
6 easy miles this am<br><br>
Goal is for 4 at lunch and weights after work<br><br>
Then volleyball for an hour or 2.<br><br>
I might need another recovery day tomorrow<img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">

Lifted a bit last night - those thigns are friggin heavy!<br><br>
I've got a medium/long run this evening. I'm really looking forward to it as I'm wound about as tightly as a person can get without violent rapid decompression. I think a 12-14 miler would do well to even me out a bit.
