<p>After <strong>Chances</strong>' pep talk yesterday, I decided to quit slacking and get out there and run.  Finished with a nice round 8.4 miles.</p>

<p>I got in a nice 5 miles in 43:52(8:46).  About the last half mile I went about as fast as I could.  I need some more strength in my lower back.  I could tell by the time I was done that it did not really like the super fast stuff. </p>

<p>Hey all - raining here in pa, so what else is new...    I should have ran early before the rain because now I looking forward to a wet 5m run, oh well it will be a good one.</p>

<p>Chances - lol I can do one better, my 23 yr old DS has decided he is going to enter the retirement stage of his life.  Why wait to experience that chapter of your life when you are too old to enjoy it.    Congrats on the bliss !</p>
