<p>called in sick today.  I started falling asleep on the couch last night watching Glee on my DVR around 9:30, and slept most of the night, or at least I was able to get back to sleep when I woke up.  First time I've gotten more than 3 hours since last Tues.</p>

<p>I actually told my father a little about how I've been feeling.  I hadn't even told my parents I was seeing someone, or anything else.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>It's snowing a little here but shouldn't amount to anything.  I'm going to go out with my sis for a while this morning and I'm meeting some girlfriends this evening for drinks.</p>

<p>Today has some potential fun, but I have some catch up work to do first.   There are some mucho annoying people working on some test machines in the next cubicle and I might have to camp out in a conference room...</p>

<p>Helllloooooo everyone!   Made it back to NYC last night and am already missing the warmth & sunshine of Southern CA.   Seriously people, why aren't we all living in Orange County - it's heaven there!  Well, except for the constant driving junk      I'll give a race recap in the run thread but a quick recap is it was fun and my sisters totally and completely rock.   All 5 of us ran, 3 in the full (running 3 PRs no less!) and fun was had by all.</p>

I can remember when he was just a wee babe (not that wee) in my arms.  It was -33°C the day he was born.  Crisp and sunny.  ah...I remember it well.</p>
