Today is a rest day for me. I have had 1 rest day over the past 14 days. The VRAA really helped me this past January getting in some extra miles and some core and upper body workouts. Can't wait until the next VRAA.<br><br>

Did 6 miles with 4 at tempo pace last night. Was slated for 8 miles, but after those 4 at pace, I was pretty done. Tempo runs may very well end up being my favorite workout.<br><br>
Today was a 4 mile recovery run.<br><br>
It's getting warm here, tomorrow's gonna be 45ish and raining. Looking forward to a 10 miler.

4 miles in the early morning. It was foggy, and my time was lackluster. At least I beat the rain. Heck, when I saw the forecast on Sunday, I worried about having to skip yesterday & today, so I guess I came out ahead both days. Tomorrow might just be weights as it looks like rain all day.
