My weekend bootcamp instructor (not the same individual as the weekly dude) had us do the 12 days of bootcamp workout this past Saturday. <img alt="rolleyes.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/rolleyes.gif"><br>
It included (not in order) 1 minute of recovery...hahaha, 4 sets of bicep curls, 8 lengths of walking lunges with dumbbells, 9 squat jumps, 10 burpees, 6 repeat sessions of Tabata drills,, 3 sets of stability ball hamstring roll-outs, blah blah blah.<br><br>
Rinse and repeat until you burn off every fucking frosted sugar cookie. <img alt="biggrin.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"><br><br><br><br>
