<p>good morning. wretched sleep last night, i feel like crap. Zoe has a cough and was coughing all night, tossing and turning, etc. no fever, which is good, just a cough, unproductive cough too. it is rainy here. i have to buy some gift bags today before work otherwise all boxed gifts are wrapped.</p>

<p>However, I did rip the hose out of my CPAP mask.  That bugger is a loud beast when it is running wide open without being shoved up my nose!</p>

I slept like doo doo. Irma woke me up in the middle of the night and wanted to wrestle... you can't say no to a 65 lb puppy.<br><br>
I really struggled with the workout last night. We did a HERO WOD called Air Force. It's pretty darned hard. My time was 13:57 (I was the slowest by a full minute! :umno:)<br><br>
Here it is. (in the video he is using 95lbs, women use 65 lbs). I swear, Burpees will be the death of me!<br>

I don't even have much to do today at work, so I'm going to do some work on this yearlong project I have. I'm writing a training program for the bank and designing a "promote from within" program as well... so, lots of boring stuff here today.<br><br>

My weekend bootcamp instructor (not the same individual as the weekly dude) had us do the 12 days of bootcamp workout this past Saturday. <img alt="rolleyes.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/rolleyes.gif"><br>
It included (not in order) 1 minute of recovery...hahaha, 4 sets of bicep curls, 8 lengths of walking lunges with dumbbells, 9 squat jumps, 10 burpees, 6 repeat sessions of Tabata drills,, 3 sets of stability ball hamstring roll-outs, blah blah blah.<br><br>
Rinse and repeat until you burn off every fucking frosted sugar cookie. <img alt="biggrin.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"><br><br><br><br>
I just finished a 5.5 mile slog on the TM. Oy. Nothing like lentil stew to fuel one's pitstops. <img alt="wink.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/wink.gif">

<p>i am not sure i am going to get a run in today. i am just utterly dragging. even had a cup of tea and i am ready for a nap! LOL</p>
