10 minutes on the stationary bike in running shorts. Ouch, that chafing stinks! (I was going to use the elliptical but they were both occupied.)<br><br>
So, I moved to the treadmill and ran a mere 2 miles. Kept it at 8:34 pace until the final 1/4 mile.<br>
Changed the incline a lot on the run:<br>
1/2 mile 2% incline<br>
1/2 mile 0% incline<br>
.40 mile 2% incline, .10 mile 8:34 4.5% incline<br>
1/4 mile 0%<br><br>
1/4 mile 7:47 pace 0%<br><br>
Followed with upper body weights & a whole mess of crunches.
