It's cold as heck here right now, 10 with a WC of -12. I hope this changes before school is over for my run. Yikes....stay warm out there and have a great day.

Brrr, Alex! That's unreal cold and I hope the wind subsides for you. I talked to my mom in northern MN last night and she said the first winter storm has come down from Canada.

It's going to be in the 60s here today. Perfect running weather but I am taking a rest day. Two yoga and one pilates class should burn up some of my energy surplus but just in case I'm counting on you guys to do a little running for me!

When I left it was 31F with 20 MPH winds, when I finished it was 19F with 25 MPH winds gusting to 40. The front moved through Alex's neck of the woods before here in Neenah (2 hours west).

Nice morning for a 10 mile run - 1st 5 slow and easy, 2nd 5 added 10 fartleks - 5 strider type, 3 mediumish (2 minutes long) and 2 longish (4 minutes). Face was the only thing that got cold.

Good running to all -

Brrr. I don't miss Cleveland weather now.

45F, overcast, and calm at 7am. Perfect for shorts and a l/s shirt.

3 miles easy and cooled down with 4x strides. A little leg turnover felt good after the last two days in the hills.

Normally when I visit, my HS buddies want me to play golf. Today, I convinced one to hike Mt. Diablo with me!

Good Tuesday running to all-

Actually a mild day today, and I have managed two runs (sort of). Ran 5 miles this afternoon, in the daylight at around 9 minute pace, nice and easy relaxed run.

Then this evening I have just come back from a 2.4 mile training session with Adrienne, building her Start to 5K plan - Tonight it was Walk 5 mins to warm up, then Run 2, Walk 2, Run 2, Walk 1, Run 2, Walk 1, Run 2, Walk 2, Run 2, Walk 2, Run 2, Walk 8 to finish. So a total of 6 x 2 minutes of running for Adrienne, and the middle 8 minutes being 6 of running with only two walking.

Liam that's awesome! Reminds me of Rocky......ADRIENNE!!!!

Mike glad you felt good today, I did too actually.

Grizz, keep it up guy. Your getting some good training in.

Man, the ladies in here are interval beasts. Nice job!

Roots, sounds like a great time.

Went 4.4 today and felt great from the start. Picked it up even more on the way back for a bit harder than relaxed...I'll call it a steady-state run. Figures on the days I don't bring my watch I run well and want to know my time, and when I wear it I run horrible and would rather have never known.

Oh well. Good night!
