Hi all,

I gotta agree with Sparky. It was a beautiful day today for a run today. I wish all of you could have joined me on the Merrimack River Trail tonight. Why? It was 61 degrees with no wind to speak of, an a dew point of 47.

The only trick with trail running this time of year is the leaves that have come off the trees already are covering the tree roots and hidden rocks. Have to be very cautious while running. With that in mind, I will probably stay off the trial until after the Bay State.

Anyway, here's the data:

Daily Run Report

Date: 10/09/2007 Time: 15:23
Run Type: Just A Run
Distance: 6.0 miles
Total time: 01:00:02.4 Average Per Mile: 00:09:49.8
Course: OTHER COURSE
Max HR (for entire workout): 154
Average HR: 138
Shoes: Mizuno Wave Ascend 2 - 06/2007 Date Entered Service: 06/26/2007 Ending Mileage: 143.22
Weather:
Temperature: 61 Temperature Type: Ambient Air Time: Start
Temperature: 60 Temperature Type: Ambient Air Time: End
Dew Point: 47 Time: Start
Dew Point: 47 Time: End
Wind speed: 2 Max Gust: 7 Direction: E

MERRIMACK RIVER TRAIL

Plan tonight was 6 miles of recovery running. I was able to meet the plan.

I had some GI issues on the way back, but other than that, I felt good.

I wish I could bottle this weather!
Run Segments
