I suppose I could go make a new ticker but it's only for 10 days so what the heck.

10 days and counting until my "vacation" is over.

Have a great day.

Hey Alex.

8 miles this morning. I added a two mile surge in the middle for variety. It is weird but when I run my usual loops in reverse, they always seem longer to me.

Have good runs today.

I did a quick 3 mile recovery run today since I took yesterday off because of my HM on Sunday. Felt great! Maybe I'll do another HM next weekend. joke.

7 miles with 4 X 1 at 7:35-7:40 pace. It was a good hard workout but not a struggle.

I did 10.25 miles along the Merrimack River Trail tonight. I really was not concerned with time. I brought a one time use camera with me and actually took pictures, so you can tell I was not concerned with time.

My heart rate was very high given the pace I was running. Not sure why.

It is very tough running up there right now.. The trail is covered in a lot of places with several inches of newly fallen leaves.
Run Segments
After an all day rainfall, it was a wonderful fall night to run. 55F and avoided the rain at 6:30pm.

Planned 6 ez with the group. Instead of turning early, I stayed with the groupies and ended up with 8.5 miles at an easy 8:30 pace. Cooled down on the track with 4x strides. Feeling good.
