3 mile hill run on the treadmill. It was raining to hard to get outside. It seems my maximum distance on the mill 3-4 miles. I hate that thing, however, I would not have run today without it.

Good training to all.

15 this am - 12 easy and then 16 x 40 seconds hard / 35 seconds easy

Likely be a VRAA special today and a work out at lunch and after work is in order

Likely I will either break or make myself in VRAA - Luckily my body and soul crave high mileage - but not always my tendons and joints
Rugby - TM is a bit of a pain but, like you said, often it's the only way to go. We're getting a Y membership this weekend so I'll finally have access to one on a regular basis. I'm usually good for 45-60 minutes. My record is 75. A friend of mine did a long run of 22 once. Ugh.

Flounder - that's a pretty good run for a midweek outing. What kind of mileage do you turn in on an average week?

Pombili - yoga for lunch? that's pretty cool. I get to run every now and then. I work in a small office and there's nowhere to pilates or yoga. The thought of me in the middle of the office, bending this way and that while everyone else is on the phone is pretty funny.

First post surgery run this morning. Just went 4 to get my feet wet and see how it was going. Wish I had given myself a little more time; 6 miles would have been ok. The official 18 week training starts next week and I'm getting pretty stoked (and dreading it at the same time).
6.1 mile trail run at lunch today. Had about 2 miles of annoying snow drifts that could hold body weight about 5 out of every 6 steps. Like running through a mine field. I was following a set of small footprints that, i noticed, never broke though the crust. Another D*mn reason to lose some weight!!

Flounder, you turn in some crazy mileage... what are you training for?

my slow miles ended up not being so slow... I just couldnt slow myself down tonight... also ended up getting one extra mile of wlaking in as well... total of 7 miles for Team R...

Take that Chris... (imagine the scene from Meet the Fauckers... when he is doing karate into the camera) LOL!!!~!
