47 degrees tonight was warm enough for me to break out a pair of shorts for my hill repeats! My body appreciated the warmer air.<br><br>
When I got over to the hill, my body seemed to say "Hey, we've been taking it slow and easy too much lately. Time for a fast night!".<br><br>
The sidewalks were still impassable in Burlington, and it made for a very interesting .75 mile stretch during both warmup/cooldown. Running on a state highway is not fun!<br><br>
Legs felt great today, except that stubborn right glute muscle is still a bit sore. I don't think tonight's effort will help that too much!<br><br><b>Run Segments<br>
