Well, still felt good today.<br><br>
I did 30 min on the mill, doing 5 min of very slow running, then 1 min of walking.<br><br>
Then 15 min on the bike.<br><br>
So far, so good <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">

Hills on the mill 8 X .25 miles @ 5% @ 7.7 mph with 90 second recovery.<br><br>
Thought I'd die on rep 3 but didn't until #8...RIP
