Got to the Y early this morning ... did some weights and core, Tonight I hope to get 6 miles running afterwork.

I really messed my knee up on last night's icy trail run (slipped and twisted it). I'm out for at least the rest of week. Hoping it heals before Saturday's 50 miler, but not optimistic that it will.

Sorrry to hear about that cgerber. I almost fell on my butt a few times this morning on my 6 mile run. Healing vibes are being sent your way.<br><br>

I got about 3 1/4 miles in before the rains came. It was 56 degrees out at the time. Oh, I'm starting to get spring fever.

Chris, Very sorry to hear about the injury... I am in a simalar boat right now... I think I have ITBS....<br><br>
However as of right now My 50K will happen!!!! I do not give up easy..<br><br>
But it is not like it is this weekend like your 50 miler is! Rest up and Ice (Scotch that is) go find your self a nice single 18 year old <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"> hard to tell if I am still talking about scotch huh LOL!!!

Thanks rugby and Richard! Hopefully things will sort themselves out in the next day or two.<br><br>
ITBS sucks, take care of it! Get one of those foam rollers, if you don't have one already. They are a product satan (because they hurt so bloody bad!), but they really work.<br><br>

I rolled on one yesterday morning... I wanted to punch somebody it hurt so bad! I am hopefully going to be able to pick one up for home today... if not I will order one.
