Inspired by 4boysmom who's never had aspargus before

Within the next week, I am going to eat something I've never eaten before. Haven't decided what it is yet. I'm open to suggestions, just make sure it's legal to consume in OH. Not too hard to find is another bonus.

For purposes of this thread, it doesn't count if it's something you've had before, just prepared in a way you've never eaten.

Anyone else?

I've had the hearts in several different forms.

This might be kinda tough. I'm not a picky eater and will generally try whatever's put in front of me.

I've never had collard greens or rubarb pie before.

You cant eat the entire leaf until you get towards the center (where they are softer) so you scrape the meat (for lack of a better term) off the outer leaves and then when the leaves get soft enough and not too prickly in the center you can eat the whole leaf. Then you clean the fuzz out of the heart and enjoy that too. Some of the outer leaves I just end up trashing because they dont have much meat on them.

Yummy...I have one in my fridge right now...now I want it!

Incomplete Pete is an Ohioan too? Where?

I had Indian food for the first time this past weekend. Chicken tiki-something. I'd like some suggestions for other Indian dishes.

IP, have you tried Lebanese? Some of it is similar to Greek food.
