<p> On line forums and message boards often offer succulent fodder for trolls and other instigators of ire. It's one thing to have them in the anonymity of the web, but have you run into these "characters" ( for lack of any really decent usuable word to describe them!) in real life? </p>
<p> Our somewhat small town has a few but one who works his manipulative "magic" on line on our local news site and also is know to be that odd guy who puts sighs all over his front lawn and no one can seem to like much. He is ALWAYS picking at something so that most people want to just shut him down ( tell him off , put him in his place ..etc) BUT in doing so we stoop to his level and in someway give him the exact thing he seeks -a reaction ! <span><img alt="pain10.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/pain10.gif" style="width:36px;height:15px;"></span> He posts with verbosity in our on line newspaper which has a place for comments and would do so much more often if the editiors would allow it but to be fair, do limit his need to be heard!</p>

<p> I guess I just find this SO aggravating! <span><img alt="angryfire.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/angryfire.gif" style="width:16px;height:16px;"></span> Sometimes I hate having to be the mature "grown up" and want to let him have it full bore! ! SO I don't or I wait and eventually figure a way to respond with maturity and carefully selected words which probably go right over his head yet not over everyone else's in the community!<br>
