Since we had about 3 feet of snow on my street yesterday I did my long run on the tread.

3 hours...just going easy...HR at 60%

For 2 hours I watched Charlie's Angels on my tread TV at the gym. It helped make the time go faster because it was so unbelievably bad...with a few glimpses of Cameron Diaz and Demi Moore in bikinis to keep it interesting.

In retrospect I'm wondering if it helped with mind numbness or contributed to extended numbness. With an IQ of 42 and dropping I do need to be careful.

We're still iced over... Ya know, packed snow that gets partly melted, then refreezes. Yah, fun, fun, fun. I did drive (more like skated on four wheels!) over to another neighborhood. They have DRY PAVEMENT!!! So, tomorrow I'll be running that 2.6m loop for 2.5hrs. I can't wait for spring!!!!!!!

I do NOT know how you guys do it up north!! Summer sucks big balls here (as you well know probably JC) but at least I can get in my (air-conditioned) car and still get places!

I'll set my heat fan up in the window and point it in your direction. Maybe it will help melt some of that snow!
