<p>I cannot seem to clear private messages from my Trash folder.  I was told they'd automatically delete after a certain time, but this hasn't happened.  I'm obsessive about clearing out old messages that I don't need, so this is really driving me nuts.  Help!</p>

<p>A new release was just pushed out that should have fixed this - Can you log off of kickrunners, clear your browser cookies - and log back in and then try?</p>

<p>If it still doesn't work, can you post your Operating System( Windows, Mac, etc) and browswer (IE7, Firefox, Safari, etc...)</p>

<p>Still doesn't work.  There's just no option to delete the messages.  I can select one or all, but that's it.</p>

<p>I'm using Windows with Internet Explorer 8.</p>

Apparently it's a bug in the software - the IT group is working on it but I don't have an ETA on completion. I apologize for the inconvenience. Hopefully, it'll be resolved shortly</p>

<p>Thanks, Rich.  If there's a way you could go in as an Admin and clean out the folder, I've no issue with that.  There's nothing in there I need to keep.</p>
