<p>Must be my turn to start the daily.  Looks like everybody is recovering or just doing some maintenance running with the weather changing and marathons in the books</p>

<p>I signed up for a 27k trail race on Sunday.  Timewise, it will probably be my longest run this fall especially</p>
<p>if Cincinnati is getting as much rain as we are.</p>

<p>I had a rest yesterday. Today 5 miles on TM after 20 minutes warmup on elliptical.</p>
<p>The first three miles were a sort of trial run at paces of 7:00, 7:30, 7:20 for 21:50 total, or 7:17 average. Since my goal pace is 7:00 it looks like I still have some work to do.</p>
