Hi KickassBoomers! I was reading Milbot's xtraining thread and checked out his link for google documents and was quite impressed with it. In the past the only thing I used google for was to do searches.

I prefer to log my stuff either on a spreadsheet or on my forerunner software because it is quick and I can format things the way that I want them. If I were to publish my stuff on google documents, which could include a spreadsheet graphs etc. I would only need to update this from time to time with little inconvienence to me.

It is unlikely that google will disappear and if it did, you would still have your running logs on your computer. Most folks know how to build a spreadsheet and those that don't could copy someone elses format and publish that. For compatability it wouldn't be difficult to agree on some area of the spreadsheet that would be common to all. A group address would allow everyone to access everyones training logs.

A big thanks to Millbot (Mike) for sharing his spreadsheet.

Good Runs All, Larry
