Hi Kicksters,

I am hoping for a bit of help.

I have the CycleOps Mag. I am really starting to get into some resistance training on the trainer. But...I keep dropping my chain. What the heck am I doing wrong? This is really the first time I am working with all my gears. However, the fact that I continue to drop my chain is not instilling a lot of confidence to try this on the road.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

You also want to make sure you are not trying to do a chainring shift with a lot of pressure on the pedals, so you need to plan ahead and ease of for half a stroke when you shift until you feel the chain drop into place
