<p>I ran the Seashore Nature Trail 50K as well. While I enjoyed the day I came in at 5:20 -- 20 min off my time last year and even further off my goal. It was still a great day for running and I enjoyed the trail. For some reason I'm more sore from the 50K than I was from the 50 miler a month ago. I suspect because the 50K course was flat and completely runnable.</p>
