<p>Funny what little bits of dadderly wisdom come back when you need them.  I recall the first time I had to change a tire with my Dad standing by, "Loosen the bolts first before you use the jack..."  Thanks Dad.</p>

<p>Now to get some heavy duty pain killers.</p>

<p>That was the case here.  It was a chore trying to even move the tire iron.  I used my foot and it took quite a bit of force on each.  Not sure why they adjust the torque so high on the air wrenches.</p>

<br><br><p>Yeahbut...in some cases for me, I have actually BENT the lug wrench.  It wasn't a question of my strength.</p>

<p>Tech Tee, that was my fear as well.  I was worried about either bending it or stripping it, and that should NEVER be a fear with me.</p>

Heh.  No worries.  DW brought it into Costco and had the valve replaced.  Good as new and mounted back up.  We hate driving on them so we try to get the tire fixed ASAP. <br>
