I was looking for synonyms for "fun" and "work out" and found out:
 
"Reckon" means "workout" !!!!!!!!! No, kiddin'...
 
"Chafe" means that thing we all dread in the shower after a LR, but "Chaff" means an amusing banter. Don't get the two confused. <img alt="biggrin.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies//biggrin.gif"> 
 
How is everyone??? I need a good joke. Anyone have some?

Fun: I saw a shooting star on my way to work this moring
Fun: Only 2 more days till I get to see Plow Boy again
Fun: We're picking out paint samples and making meat loaf for dinner
Fun: He's coming to Ca with me in December
Not fun: I'm at work. 
Fun: Next week I get to do my own job!!!

Morning folks!!
 
Doc appt went well yesterday. He gave me permission to flip off the next person who tells me how big my belly looks <img alt="" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/lol.gif" style="width:15px;height:15px;" title="">
 
So yesterday little man was playing and all of a sudden he said "Mommy I have an itchy" so I asked where and he said "On my butt", which of course made me smile but then he said "Scratching my butt...scratching my butt" and it made me think of Voodoo and I couldn't stop laughing!! Which of course made him do it even more <img alt="" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif" style="width:16px;height:16px;" title="">
 
KJ hang in there!!! Hope the weekend and next week is a smooth and you get some R&R before the little man arrives. Did you pick a name yet?

"Howdy!"
 
I got a call this morning from DS#3. The garage wouldn't close. He told me, "There's a bolt on the ground, and the door won't close!" He doesn't have keys to the house. The garage door is his only point of entry. So I told him to stay put and I would come home. He started to cry. Nerves, I guess. He doesn't usually do that. When I asked him why he was crying, he said "but I wanted to ride my bike in to school." More importantly, he would have been late. Ah well.... I'm home now. The bolt he was talking about isn't a bolt. It's one of the wheels that rolls in the track on the side of the door. I did find a bolt, though, for the bracket that holds the wheel that rolls in the track on the side of the door. I think it will be an easy fix. For now, I'm just waiting for the rechargeable battery pack on my drill to recharge so I can fix it.
 
Here is my dilemma: Once it's fixed, should I go back to work? I'll have to pay for parking again. Terrible, terrible moral dilemma....

not fun: up at 4:30 this morning worried about work again. Then when I fell back to sleep at 5:30, I had vivid, uncomfortable dreams. Meh.

Hi all - got home late yesterday and was aiming to get to bed relatively early, but my nephews were over (2nd youngest bro's, who had gone with his DW to see the Giants game - I'm still not quite believing what I'm seeing with that series...or the Rangers/Yankees series, for that matter) so of course I had to spend time with them. During the night, they got into my box full of my finishers' medals and were quite intrigued by them, putting them on en masse and asking questions like "why do you like to run so much?" and "do pigs really have wings?" <img alt="" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/lol.gif" style="width:15px;height:15px;" title="">

Moonie we are flying into SFO on Dec 2nd and are taking the bart to Dublin as soon as we get in. Friday I think we will be in SFO looking around, saturday we are going to Sierra Nevada brewery Sunday is Murphy's, Monday don't know yet and Tuesday we fly out at noon. 
 
So if you want to do something on Friday or breakfast on Tuesday we can do that... hell if you want to come along on Saturday or Sunday you can do that too!!
